Momenteel stuurt Euro Parking Control rekeningen naar Litouwen voor parkeerbekeuringen !! Misschien zijn er mensen die hebben deze bekeuringen ook gekregen ? Graag reactie !!!!

Prima Fred, als het jou gelukkig maakt!!! Als je niet snapt dat een APV nooit boven de Wet staat, dan wens ik je veel plezier met het betalen van de boetes. Met andere woorden, wat een gemeente in zijn Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening schrijft en op een site plaatst, kan in strijd zijn met de Wet. Op die basis vervalt de legitimiteit grotendeels van het bepaalde in de APV. Dat ze het toch doen, kan te maken hebben met onwetenheid, maar eerder denk ik dat het om een drukmiddel of bangmakerij gaat. Als veel mensen daardoor wel betalen, da is het middel effectief, totdat iemand zijn bezwaar tot de hoogste instantie kenbaar maakt, en de gemeente derhalve met ht geschrevene op de site dient te stoppen. Ik spreek beroepshalve uit ervaring. Daarnaast staat op deze site heel duidelijk de volgende tekst: Heeft u een zogenaamde "Mulder-bon" (WAHV, eigen toevoeging)wegens foutparkeren, of wel een "Aankondiging van beschikking", dan moet u altijd het transactievoorstel (acceptgiro) van het Centraal Justitieel Incasso Bureau (CJIB) afwachten voor u bezwaar kunt maken. Het CJIB is door de wetgever verplicht om zo spoedig mogelijk een beschikking, aankondiging van beschikking of transactievoorstel te versturen. 2 jaar na dato wordt door de wetgever in ieder geval niet als zo spoedig mogelijk gezien, ha ha Veel plezier ermee. Ik ga hier verder niet meer over discussieren. Btw, ik begin niet met schofferen, dus mss is het een idee om mensen iets minder te beledigen. Maar misschien is het normaal in de vastgoed Groet, Arend

In de regel krijgt u ongeveer binnen 6 tot 8 weken de duplicaatnaheffingsaanslag parkeerbelasting met acceptgirokaart toegestuurd. Maar ook als dat langer duurt moet u de duplicaatnaheffingsaanslag parkeerbelasting gewoon betalen.

Fred, funny you tell me that i do not know nothing about it!!! I work for an governmental organization that selects people who have done something wtong and works closely with the CJIB. But we surely cannot issue fines, that is the task in Holland for the CJIB. In the dutch law it is stated that fines are sent as quick as possible and not two years after date. Thereby, an english organisation cannot send fines that are done on dutch soil. My strong advice is to appeal against these fines. Maybe you should look into the dutch law before telling people that they do not nothing about it and keep their mouth shut. Thereby, I told Giedre to ask for information about it at the Gemeente Rotterdam. It might that they think that they found a maze in the law and want to collect the fines this way. But in my opinion, it is surely not legal. I just said to gain more information about it. But if you want to handle it as the expert, be my guest!!! Greetings Arend

Thank you very much, guys, for your advises! Do you think, Fred, that I should protest against the penalty itself, or to claim/protest that it is two years old (probably the limitation period of the penalty had been already exired...)? I checked the website, and in my eyes it looks pretty serious.... Only I do not understand and do not trust the fact that this EPC is firm from London, not Dutch one.... that gives me uncertainty.....

Beste Arend je weet er niets vanaf... Beter iemand adviseren als je er iets vanaf weet. Gemeente Rotterdam stuurt een naheffingsaanslag parkeerbelasting en heeft niets met het CJIB te maken. Giedre you can look in this website and where is commucation representation you can make protest against this penalty. www.epcplc.com

Hello Giedre, it might be an idea to contact the Gemeente Rotterdam about this fine. It is simply not possible to send an invoice for this kind of violation of the law which was done 2 years ago. Thereby, the gemeentes in Holland do not sed these fines, the CJIB does. When it is really a legal organization, this 'Euro Parking', then my strong advice is to appeal against it. In Holland the CJIB must send a fine shortly after a violation, and not 2 years afterwards Greetings, Arend

No it is no cheating it is real... you can go to them website and make compalin about this... I complain aganinst all penalties (baudo)

Hi, it is interesting to know that you also worry with this. I also have received letter from Gemeente Rotterdam for the parking 2 years ago (!!!!) There is written that fine must be payed via bank account (SEB bank, account no.727044060006084582) to the "EuroParking Collection plc", and it is also said that this Europarking Collection office is placed in London (!!!), Unit6, Shepperton House, 83-93Sheppeton Road, N1 3DF London. tel. +44 (0)2072889740; Website: www.epcplc.com/payment Do you think that could be somebody is cheating?.... Wanneer in Nederland een Litouws kenteken bekeurd wordt voor welke overtreding dan ook, dan is het CJIB de enige instantie in Nederland die bekeuringen verstuurt. Neem dus eerst contact op met het CJIB in Leeuwarden, want het kan zijn dat een organisatie die zich Euro Parking Control noemt, de boel aan het bedonderen is. Via google kom ik ook geen bedrijf tegen dat zich zo noemt (doe zelf maar "euro parking control", dus tussen haakjes voor 'direct hits'), laat staan dat die door het CJIB is aangewezen om boetes te incasseren (dit is en blijft een taak van het CJIB zelf).
